In Ukraine the amount of banks with a foreign capital was increased

From the beginning of 2001 the amount of banks with a foreign capital in Ukraine increased almost twice. For today, banks with a fully foreign consist 10% from all of the operating bank institutions. Thus, foreign establishments own 39% assets of bank market of Ukraine.
The including of foreign banks to Ukraine will proceed from its economic attractiveness for foreign investors, both due to the comparatively high rates of development of economy in the whole and to the boom of growth in a comparatively young bank segment. Probably, that the part of assets of banks with a foreign capital during the nearest years can approache 50%.
